Valeria is the cook of the inn Lou Pitavin; with fantasy and creativity she prepares everyday the traditional dishes of the Occitan cuisine, as she learnt from her mother and grandmother.
Simple and genuine ingredients are the base of very well presented dishes, such as “anchovies with green and red sauce” to honour the traditional art of the acciugai (anchovies traders), hand-made gnocchi with mountain herbs (Valeria grows them in her veggie garden), the stracotto, the home- made desserts….
